RACE TRAINING SCHEDULE
There are five Fundamental
Elements to skiing that we are going to work on over the Spring
in readiness for the Summer race season

In order to become good ski
racers it is important that we do not forget about the basics of good ski
technique. Over the coming weeks the club coaches and instructors will be
concentrating on these techniques with both sessions on the open slope and in
the gates.
