RACE TRAINING SCHEDULE
There are five Fundamental Elements to
skiing that we are going to work on over the Spring in
readiness for the Summer race season

In order to become good ski racers it is
important that we do not forget about the basics of good ski technique. Over
the coming weeks the club coaches and instructors will be concentrating on
these techniques with both sessions on the open slope and in the gates.
